Become a winemaker for a day: taste, blend and experiment to create your very own cuvée, a unique and one-of-a-kind blend.

Discover the secrets of viticulture and grape varieties as our experts guide you on a journey through the world of wine.

With the Social Edition, you can enjoy this experience on your own or as a couple, sharing your passion for wine with fellow wine enthusiasts.

Following an introduction to the winemaking process, you will have the opportunity to experiment with six carefully selected wines straight from our barrels. Using professional equipment, you will create your very own blend – a unique and unrepeatable cuvée.

Programme overview

• Welcome at our Enoteca Alimentare in Ascona

• Introduction to winemaking and the selected grape varieties

• Wine blending workshop using pipettes and measuring cylinders to create your own personal blend

• Tasting and professional evaluation of your creations by our winemaker or sommelier

• Visit to our barrel cellar

• Lunch in the Sala Merlot featuring Ticino cold cuts and cheeses, mushroom risotto made with Loto rice from Terreni alla Maggia, and tiramisu

What's included

• The experience includes all wines and materials needed to create your own cuvée, expert guidance throughout the activity, lunch (including water and coffee), and one bottle of your personal cuvée, provided within one month of the event.

Please note: The entire menu is lactose-free and no menu changes are possible. Wine consumed during the aperitif and lunch, as well as any spirits tastings, is not included in the price.

Language of the experience

• The experience is available in Italian, German and English. The language will be determined based on the composition of the group of registered participants.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 8 days before the event: free cancellation.

• 7 to 6 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee.

• Less than 6 days up to 48 hours before the event: 80% cancellation fee.

• Within 48 hours of the event: 100% cancellation fee.
