Dry rice cultivation

We have been the pioneers of rice cultivation in Switzerland since 1997. The Loto variety, with its oval and elongated grain, is particularly firm when cooked and is ideal for risotto. Dry cultivation enables considerable water savings and minimises CO2 emissions.
