Polenta for four people

  • 1000ml poultry or vegetables broth
  • 200g polenta
  • 80g parmesan cheese 
  • 50g butter 
  • 1tb herb salt

Cooking time: ca. 45-60minutes 

Bring the stock to boil and stir in our polenta. Reduce the heat to low, add the herb salt and cook gently for about 45-60minutes, depending on the desired consistency.

Frequently stir well with a wooden spoon or heat-resistant spatula so that the polenta does not burn. Before serving, add the cheese and butter. If the polenta is too thick, add some more broth.
