Thanks to our innovative spirit and in collaboration with local producer Gamma's Saucen in Quartino, we created this Yuzu mustard in 2024.
A fresh product with citrusy flavors that perfectly complements fish and white meat dishes or as an addition to your salad dressing.
Did you know that yuzu grows luxuriantly in Ascona? And that we also make a fleur de sel, our gin and a white wine vinegar from this fruit of Asian origin?

Ingredients: MUSTARD (water, mustard seeds, table vinegar, table salt, sugar, spices), yuzu (yuzu vinegar) 15%
