Rice beer

In the lowest part of Switzerland, between Ascona and Locarno, our farm cultivates the first Swiss rice fields in dry conditions. Next to them are vast fields of malting barley. These two raw materials, grown in the mild climate of Ticino, give this gluten-free rice beer (produced by Locher in the Appenzell region) a delicate and light taste. In every glass of this specialty is the sunshine of the south.
