10:00 Harvesting in our vineyards in Ascona (approx. 2 hours)
12:00 Explanation of the stages of wine production
12:30 Lunch with risotto of our own production and wines from our cellar
Afterwards opportunity to taste the wines and shop at our Enoteca Alimentare
